Dr. Ricardo M. Tubbs is a remarkable individual who has carved a diverse path as a retired Navy officer, a combat veteran, and an ardent martial artist. With nearly 24 years of dedicated military service, he has fulfilled various roles, prominently as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman and Environmental Health Officer. After his retirement, Dr. Tubbs transitioned into Naprapathic Medicine, emphasizing holistic approaches to pain management and overall well-being.

A black belt in Judo and Jiu-Jitsu, he co-founded the Da Firma Training Center in Chesapeake, Virginia, with his wife, Heide. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. Tubbs is a cancer survivor who passionately advocates for suicide prevention, using his personal experiences to guide and uplift those facing similar challenges. His unwavering dedication to martial arts and community service embodies his commitment to fostering resilience and personal growth.
